Privacy Statement.

This statement explains how Bluestratus Ltd (“we”) handles personal data when you use bluestratus.com, including the Property MCP and Accessible Toilet Finder pages and their AI assistant connectors.

Our products on their own websites have their own statements: MOT Check and AgenticFeed.

1. What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply to you.
• Searches — the postcodes, addresses and place names you search for, to return your results.
• Location — only if you choose “use my location” on the Accessible Toilet Finder. Your browser asks your permission first, and the coordinates are sent with that search to find toilets near you.
• Technical data — IP address and device/browser information, used for security and to prevent abuse.
• Analytics — usage data via Google Analytics, including the addresses of the pages you visit (which can include your search terms or shared location), to understand and improve the site.

2. How we use it

To answer your enquiries, return search results, operate and secure the site, and improve our services. The property and toilet data we publish comes from public sources and relates to properties and facilities, not to you.

3. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process data under our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and responding to enquiries, and with your consent for location sharing and for non-essential cookies and analytics.

4. Cookies

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Sharing

We use trusted providers to deliver the site, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (analytics and email) and Resend (delivering contact form messages to our inbox). We do not sell your personal data.

5a. AI assistant connectors

Our AI assistant connectors (bluestratus.com/property/mcp and bluestratus.com/toilet/mcp) let assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT look up property and toilet data. They need no account or sign-in. When an assistant uses them, we receive what it looks up (such as a postcode, an address or a location) and standard request data (such as IP address), which we use to return the result and investigate faults. Request logs are held by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for a short period. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name or your account details. The assistant provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Contact form messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email support@bluestratus.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
